What You Need to Know About the Festival
This festival will be taking place from Oct. 10 through 13, and there are going to be fun activities going on every day. It all takes place in the Gruene Historic District right here in New Braunfels, Texas. Since this is a beer and wine festival, you should keep in mind that you have to be 21 years of age or older to come – so leave the little ones at home! Now that you know a little bit more about what’s going on, you can buy your tickets. Take a look at the website to see specific ticket prices for every event. You only have to pay for the events you plan to attend.
On Thursday, you can attend the kickoff event from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. It’s a fantastic way to start the festival, and there will be beer and wine, music, and more! You should also catch the Bacon Brothers, who are playing at 8 p.m. at Gruene Hall. This is one performance you don’t want to miss.
Come on out on Friday for the Rockin’ with Texas Wine and Food event. It will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Gruene Hall, and you have to reserve a table. Make sure you do that in advance, so you know you have a place to sit. Afterward, Tina Tucker will be playing at Gruene Hall at 9 p.m.
On Saturday, you get to go to the Texas Tasting and Tunes event. There will be more than 90 wines for you to taste, as well as a variety of food trucks you just have to try out. Oh, and don’t forget to go to the artisan market. Afterward, go listen to the Casey Donahew Band play at Gruene Hall at 9 p.m.
