This attraction has much more than just skiing, giving you outdoor activities for all interests and skill levels and everything you need for a day or more of fun in the sun.
Hours and Location
Texas Ski Ranch is at 6700 IH 35N here in New Braunfels. The main building is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays through Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. Certain specific attractions have their own hours, such as the Cable Park which is open from 12 p.m. until dark on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday, 10 a.m. until dark on Saturday, and 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday. Paintball and NERF are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. The Skate Park opens from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, with free lessons the first two hours on Saturday.
Many of the activities at Texas Ski Ranch take place on the water, including cable lakes for wakeboarding and water skiing. Beginners will appreciate ‘Lil Bro and System 2.0 while advanced riders can check out the kickers and rails on the ever-changing lake. The cable park has options for all skill levels and there is plenty of beach for watching others enjoy the water. Passes start at $25 and there are plenty of specials and ways to save.
During the winter, you can check out TSR Snow Park which features snowboarding and tubing facilities, plus a terrain park and lessons. Passes start at $8 for tubing and $36 for snowboarding.
Head to BLASTER PARK at Texas Ski Ranch to explore the two paintball courses and the new Nerf Gun courses. There are Open Play times as well as the option to pre-schedule a group. Packages start at just $27.50.
If you prefer, head over the skate park, where you can rent a scooter or take a scooter lesson. An all-day skate pass starts at just $5 and you can also rent equipment if you need to. Enjoy the 15,000-square-foot course in the street style.

If you need to get inside, head to Spring Loaded Trampoline Park with its 15,000-square feet filled with trampolines. If you want to get a bite to eat to help fuel your fun at Texas Ski Ranch, dine at the Sylver Spoon restaurant. There are also show times on Fridays and Saturdays at 9 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. so you can watch the Sylver Spoon Theater Company’s current play.
